A California attorney with more than 15 years of legal experience, Kimberly Olson Lind has owned KO Legal since 2012. Focused on employment law and business litigation, she has litigated high-profile cases that have appeared in publications like the Los Angeles Business Journal and the Long Beach Post. Kimberly Olson Lind previously served as commissioner of the City of Santa Ana’s Environmental & Transportation Committee.
Ms. Lind attended Chapman University, where she was a member of the women’s soccer team and the mock trial team. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in comparative literature and political science, she earned a law degree from Whittier Law School while clerking for various law firms to gain hands-on legal experience in employment law, bankruptcy, and real estate. During law school, she served as a research assistant to law school professor and associate dean Martin Pritikin, supporting research for his article entitled “Is Prison Increasing Crime?” in the Wisconsin Law Review.
An active member of the professional community, Ms. Lind belongs to the Orange County Women Lawyers Association and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
